As soon as your order is ready, we will email you to confirm you the shipping date.
If the item is available right away, it will be mailed 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your payment.
The shipping charges we quote are for the economy service, and include insurance (international orders up to $100) , which takes 2-3 working days within Switerland and 10-15 working days everywhere else.
International orders under $100 are shipped without insurance. We am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please purchase insurance if you are worried about your package getting lost or stolen.
If you would like to receive the item faster, please let us know at the checkout and we will advise you of the additional charges.

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

You can also make a bank transfer. In this case please email me before you place your order, and I will email you back with the information for the bank transfer.
